• settlement, oracle, or reference event disputes, including outcomes that differ from your expectations; and
• the total loss of your position for any reason.

You should never use funds you cannot afford to lose or that are needed for essential expenses.

5. Blockchain, Smart Contract & Wallet Risks

Predk may interact with underlying smart contracts, protocols, and blockchain networks (for example, on Monad or other networks). These systems are outside our direct control and involve additional risks, including:

• smart contract bugs or vulnerabilities that can result in funds being lost, frozen, or misdirected;
• network congestion, re-orgs, forks, or changes to protocol rules;
• reliance on external oracles, data feeds, or off-chain infrastructure that may fail or be compromised; and
• wallet mismanagement, phishing, or compromise of your private keys or seed phrase.

Predk does not custody your assets or control your wallet, and cannot recover lost private keys or reverse on-chain transactions.
