Privacy Policy
Last updated: 25 November 2025
This Privacy Policy explains how Predk ("Predk", "we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with our websites, apps, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using Predk, you agree to the practices described here, in addition to our Terms of Use.
1. Overview
Predk is designed around on-chain and off-chain markets. We aim to collect only the information we need to operate, secure, and improve the Service. Some information is linked to a wallet address or device; other information may be aggregated or de-identified so it no longer directly identifies you.
2. Scope of This Policy
This Policy applies to information we process when you visit predk.com, use our apps, interact with markets or APIs, or otherwise use the Service. It does not apply to third-party websites, protocols, wallets, or services even when they are accessed through Predk. Those are governed by their own policies and terms.
3. Information We Collect
Depending on how you use Predk, we may collect the following categories of information:
- Wallet and account information: public wallet addresses, linked profiles, usernames, display pictures, or other information you choose to provide in your account.
- Usage data: app interactions, viewed pages or markets, clicks, timestamps, referral information, and approximate location derived from IP addresses (at a coarse level such as country or region).
- Technical data: device type, operating system, browser type, language, and similar system-level information, as well as performance and crash logs.
- Market content: titles, descriptions, comments, and other text or metadata you submit to or through the Service.
- Support and communication: messages you send to us (for example, via email or in-app forms) and related contact details.
4. Wallets, On-chain Activity & Mock Data
Predk is built to work with self-custodial wallets and blockchain networks such as Monad.
- Self-custody: when you connect a wallet, we can view (but do not control) the public address and any publicly-visible on-chain activity associated with that address.
- No private keys: we do not receive or store your private keys, seed phrase, or raw signatures beyond what is needed to interact with integrated protocols.
- On-chain data sources: we may index or query blockchain data (including transactions involving your address) to display balances, positions, or historical activity within the interface.
- Mock and simulated data: portions of the interface may be labeled as mock, simulated, or illustrative. These views may not correspond to real on-chain positions or orders, and are generally processed in aggregate form.
6. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect for purposes including:
- Providing, operating, and maintaining the Service;
- Displaying markets, positions, historical activity, and other on-chain or off-chain information relevant to your use of Predk;
- Improving and customizing the interface, including testing new features and layouts;
- Communicating with you about product updates, security notices, and support messages;
- Detecting, preventing, and responding to potential fraud, abuse, or security incidents; and
- Complying with legal obligations and enforcing our Terms of Use.
8. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of data and how it is used. Public blockchain data is, by design, stored indefinitely on the relevant network and cannot be altered or deleted by Predk.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to help protect the information we process. However, no system can be completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of your information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your devices, wallets, and credentials.
10. Your Choices & Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have certain rights with respect to your personal information, which could include:
- Accessing or requesting a copy of certain information;
- Requesting correction of inaccurate information that we hold about you;
- Requesting deletion of certain information, subject to applicable limitations;
- Objecting to or restricting certain forms of processing; or
- Withdrawing consent where we rely on consent (for example, certain cookies or marketing communications).
To exercise any rights available to you, you can contact us using the details in the Contact section below. We may need to verify your identity before responding. Note that we cannot modify or delete data that is permanently recorded on a public blockchain.
11. Children’s Privacy
Predk is not directed to children and is intended for adults and others who are able to form legally binding contracts. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate steps.
12. International Data Transfers
Predk may process and store information in countries that may have different data protection laws than your own. Where required by applicable law, we take steps to ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place for cross-border transfers, such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we may notify you by updating the "Last updated" date, posting a notice in the interface, or using other reasonable means. Your continued use of Predk after the updated Policy becomes effective signifies your acceptance of the changes.
