2. How We Work

Predk is built like a product-first lab:

  • Small, focused teams. Most work is coordinated directly between engineering, product, and markets, without heavy process.
  • Shipping over slides. New ideas get tested as internal prototypes and live UI experiments, not just docs.
  • Local-first mindset. Manila, Ho Chi Minh and other emerging hubs are treated as first-class citizens next to US macro or BTC markets.
  • Risk-aware. We care about clear resolution criteria, practical compliance constraints, and transparent risk warnings.

3. Open Roles

As Predk evolves, we expect to collaborate with additional contributors across:

  • Solidity / smart-contract engineering on Monad or EVM,
  • data / oracle integrations for macro & AI benchmarks,
  • growth, partnerships and local-rail launches,
  • risk, legal and compliance in relevant jurisdictions.

Formal job posts will be shared on the whitepaper / site and official social channels as the protocol matures.
