Terms of Use

1. Overview

Predk provides markets tied to real-world events, prices, and other outcomes, and may surface probabilities, order books, or other derived analytics. Parts of the interface may reflect on-chain activity on the Monad blockchain or other networks, and other parts may display off-chain or simulated ("mock") data. Unless we explicitly state otherwise in the interface, information on Predk is for informational and experimental purposes only and does not constitute investment, legal, or tax advice.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By connecting a wallet, creating an account, interacting with a market, or otherwise using the Service, you:

• Represent and warrant that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms; and
• Agree that, if you use the Service on behalf of a company or other entity, you have authority to bind that entity, and "you" includes that entity.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use Predk.

3. Eligibility & Restrictions

• You must be old enough to form a binding contract under the laws that apply to you, and at least 18 years old (or the equivalent age of majority in your jurisdiction).
• You may not use Predk if doing so is prohibited, restricted, or requires registration or licensing under applicable law (including, without limitation, securities, derivatives, anti-gambling, or sanctions laws).
• You are responsible for determining whether and how your use of Predk is permitted in your jurisdiction and for complying with all applicable laws.

4. Accounts & Wallet Connections

Predk may allow or require you to connect a self-custodial crypto wallet (for example, using WalletConnect or similar tooling) and/or create an account with a username or profile.

• You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, keys, seed phrase, and devices. We never take custody of your private keys.
• Any on-chain transaction you sign is final and irreversible. Predk cannot undo, reverse, or refund transactions you approve in your wallet.
• You must promptly notify us if you believe your account or wallet connection has been accessed without authorization (see the contact section below).

5. Markets, Data & User Content

Predk may display or host markets, price feeds, probability estimates, comments, and other content (collectively, "Content"). Content may be generated by us, by third parties, or by users.

• We do not guarantee that any market, price, or probability is accurate, complete, or up to date.
• Certain statistics may be labeled as mock, simulated, or illustrative. These are not real trading or performance results.
• If you submit text, market ideas, comments, or other material, you grant Predk a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content in connection with operating and improving the Service.

6. Risks, No Advice & No Guarantee of Returns

Markets and on-chain activity involve risk, including the loss of digital assets or other value. By using Predk, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Digital assets and prediction markets can be volatile. Prices and probabilities may move quickly and unpredictably.
• Past performance, market history, or displayed probabilities do not guarantee future outcomes or returns.
• Information on Predk is for informational and experimental purposes only and does not constitute investment, legal, tax, or other professional advice.
• You are solely responsible for your decisions and for obtaining your own independent advice before interacting with any market or protocol.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree that you will not use Predk to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or order (including those related to securities, derivatives, gambling, money laundering, sanctions, or consumer protection);
• Target or harm any person, group, or protected class, or create markets that encourage violence, exploitation, or harassment;
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to compromise the security or integrity of the Service or any blockchain network;
• Use bots, scrapers, or other automated means in a way that imposes unreasonable load or bypasses rate limits or access controls; or
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.

8. Intellectual Property

Predk, our logos, visual identity, and the underlying software, design, and content of the Service (excluding user-generated content and open-source components) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service solely for personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service, nor reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code, except as allowed by law.

9. Privacy & Data

Our handling of data – including account information, analytics, and on-chain addresses – is described in our Privacy Policy (if available). To the extent there is a conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy, these Terms govern use of the Service and the Privacy Policy governs the collection and use of personal data.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Predk and its contributors, developers, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service.

To the extent any liability is found despite the foregoing, our aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us (if any) for use of the Service in the 3 months immediately prior to the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) US $100.

11. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or that your use of the Service may create risk for us, other users, or any third party. You may stop using the Service at any time. Certain provisions of these Terms, including those relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution, will survive any termination.

12. Changes to the Service & Terms

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may notify you by updating the "Last updated" date, providing a notice in the interface, or via other reasonable means. Your continued use of Predk after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
